Hello, I am Lenka. After 11 years of living and studying in the UK I am currently back living in my homeland of the Czech Republic. I was interested in THEO’ s Soul Integration™ process because of what I view as its deep approach for exploring my own core beliefs, life patterns, or unprocessed emotions from my childhood with an emphasis on increasing awareness.

Thanks to THEO’ s Soul Integration™ process, I have also become more whole, connected with myself, and therefore have gained an even deeper understanding of myself. I have felt great relief and clarity both physically and mentally.

I discovered Theo, Sheila and Marcus through Gaia TV in 2023 and joined the Thrive program following with the Accelerator program. I am now Soul Integration certified by THEO Group Inc. I am grateful that I can now incorporate this process as a beneficial tool into my private psychotherapy practice with my work with clients. I have already witnessed the benefits that this process has brought to them for example great relief, deeper understanding of themselves, empowerment or letting go of limiting beliefs.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time in nature, travelling, practicing different types of meditations, and working with Oracle cards.
