My ongoing curiosity into the healing arts field and bafflement of humans (myself included) has led me to this work, and that might be the same for you. The process or methodology of Soul Integration™ by the Theo Group, Inc. has assisted me greatly on my path to inner peace, balance and to creating the me I enjoy living with. I have found it efficient, self empowering and soul satisfying. Life presents challenges. Although I try to do “it” all on my own, I have found that asking for and receiving assistance when I’m blocked, holding fear, can’t focus on the topic because I dissociate or leave my body, and so on — really makes it easier for me to gain clarity and deepen my emotional mastery. What I love about best about this process is that you, the client, do “the work” through your desire and willingness to be guided through a series of gentle inquiries. I’m grateful to have found this Soul Integration™ Process and I feel absolute joy assisting others.

In my early twenties, I moved to Alaska, lived in a dry log cabin, and worked in various capacities at elementary schools while earning my BA in Art, an elementary teaching certificate, and a massage certificate. Along the way, I acquired an eight dog sled team. In a month long spring mushing trip across the state, I met an Inuit healer at a remote hot springs who captivated my spirit and raised a lot of questions in me about my perceptions about life. The next year, my mushing trip brought me into contact with modern day shamans and I experienced what a soul retrieval was. Since then, I have explored and been intrigued by healers and healing on many different levels as well as the interface between body, mind and spirit/soul. I have attended many births, and many deaths, and much in-between with friends, family and clients while practicing massage therapy since 1991. I currently hold massage licenses in three states: Alaska, Florida and New Jersey. In 1999 I discovered Continuum Movement, an embodied inquiry method of what it is to be a human. My exploration of how our own breath and sound and consequent movement influence the fluid intelligence in our bodies began. I became a certified Continuum Movement teacher and certified Practitioner in 2019.

Grounding in nature and the natural world, I bring this Life inclusive, holistic perspective to my sessions, knowing we are souls experiencing life on earth in the bodies we have — and knowing these bodies are continually changing/reflecting/mirroring our thoughts, emotions, genes, environment, beliefs, etc. And sometimes, even when we know we have the answers somewhere inside, they can be hard to grasp and a little assistance, a teammate, can be very helpful. It will be my honor to be your teammate, to hold sacred space for you whenever you are ready to venture into your own wilderness. I offer private sessions in person and via zoom.

I presently reside in an old stone house in Long Valley, New Jersey, USA with my Mom and dog teacher, Rue.
